Programme options

Our programmes are about people learning their own strengths and skills for a continued recovery, they support those finding their way through mental distress - those who need more than a quick visit to the doctor, or aren’t getting what they need from specialist services.

They address key aspects of mental health – the emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual by working with psychotherapy, Rongoā Māori, somatic therapy, art, and music therapies.

We’re here to provide care that’s tailored and respectful.

We currently offer the following programmes - see below for more detail on each:

We aim for a two-week intake process so that participants can start their Whakamātūtū journey as quickly as possible.

Hardship support available

We currently have additional hardship funding available to support individuals who are funding their own care.

If you're not eligible for MSD or ACC support, you may still be able to access a subsidised place through a simple, respectful process.
